Happy New Year!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Year after year the top five New Year’s Resolutions (NYRs) tend to be:

  • Improved Health – this includes resolving to exercise more, lose weight, eat better, etc.

  • Make/Save More Money

  • Quit the Bad Habit – smoking, binge eating, drinking, etc.

  • Find/Improve Your Romantic Relationship

  • Get More Organized

It is statistically noted that around 80 percent of these NYRs are let go of by mid-February. The media like to call this “failure.” People have great intentions when setting their NYRs for the coming year. However, there seems to be a missing link: we are not conscious that the goal or resolution is only one small piece in the puzzle of our lives. There is often some kind of underlying, programmed crazy-talk that the ego-mind espouses in its attempt to keep us “safe,” which, in turn, results in letting the NYRs go by the wayside. I do not see any of this as a “fail” but, rather, an opportunity for deeper emotional, spiritual (as well as physical) healing.

I would like to offer a Perspective Reboot: an opportunity to change subconscious belief systems that often set us up to not accomplish our goals.

******************************************************* As health and wellness are usually at the top of the goals list, it would be my honor to be in service to your needs.

Let’s make 2022 the best year yet, no matter what the external world is providing.
