Gong hei fat choy! Happy Chinese Lunar New Year! How are you doing with your New Year’s Resolutions? It is very common for people to have dropped back into old patterns and put their goals onto the proverbial back burner around this time. It’s not a time to shame or guilt yourself or to give up. It can be a great time to reassess.

Once identified you can tap deeper into your healing of the body, mind and spirit. As we celebrate the Chinese Lunar New Year, we can celebrate reestablishing working towards those goals of the life you’re ready to create for yourself.
